Question 1:
During the software installation a serial number is requested. Where can I find it?

During the software installation a serial number is requested. Where can I find it?

Answer 1:
The serial number is located in the paper CD cover.

Can the Phono Preamp be used on a USB 2.0 port?

Answer 2:
USB 2.0 is backwards compatible, meaning the Phono Preamp can be connected to this port.

During the recording I can only hear the sound when using the included software. Why doesn't this work with other applications?

Answer 3:
The included software has been specially modified for use with USB audio signals. Other applications don't appear to have made such adaptations.

Answer 4:
This problem generally occurs on PCs with Pentium 4 processors and Hyperthreading. To correct this problem you need to update the software. Please follow the instruction provided in the link below:
